PERSONAL PROJECTS
I designed this busy block of flats on ADOBE Photoshop to illustrate a story book. Depicting a busy city life at night I wanted to convey the contrast of individuality and anonymity in urban lifestyles. Each balcony providing a window into each resident’s life.
Exploring different textures, brushes and colours to design a child friendly final image. A more illustrative style to fit the target audience.
I use a range of Wacom tablets. This piece was created using a Wacom Inotus, my first digital drawing pad. I have since purchased a Wacom Cintiq 16, for larger projects which allows me to complete work faster and of a higher quality.
Some final images of a personal project I completed, illustrating one of my favourite childhood books - War Horse.
